1. Navigate to your consulting dashboard and select "edit offers"

2. Select the offer you'd like to edit

3. Scroll down and click on "Add Welcome Video"

4. You can record a Volley or Screen Recording natively (desktop) or upload a pre-recorded video

5. Record or upload your video and wait for it to process

You can create a welcome prompt for each of your consulting offers.

This video will be automatically sent as the first Volley in the consulting DM when a new offer is purchased.

Use this to ask your first question, introduce your service, or set expectations for what the offer experience will be like.

Note: For time-limited offers, the welcome prompt will not count against your time.

Welcome videos can be updated or removed at any time.
